How to perform an Allternating Oblique Crunch;
- Lying on your back with feet planted and knees bent about 90 degrees compress your lower back down to the ground.
- Exhale reaching one arm up towards the opposite knee.
- Keep your chin away from the chest and focus on keeping the shoulders open.
- Inhale lowering back down to starting position making sure to keep the lower back compressed to the ground and the abs engaged.
- Exhale reaching the other arm up towards the opposite knee.
