How to perform an Allternating Oblique Crunch;

  • Lying on your back with feet planted and knees bent about 90 degrees compress your lower back down to the ground.
  • Exhale reaching one arm up towards the opposite knee.
  • Keep your chin away from the chest and focus on keeping the shoulders open.
  • Inhale lowering back down to starting position making sure to keep the lower back compressed to the ground and the abs engaged.
  • Exhale reaching the other arm up towards the opposite knee.
